On this show we interviewed a special guest. His name is David Gann and comes from Missouri in America. He is also one of Bob’s and Rob’s colleagues at our university

David told us that he was a keen cyclist, and rode on average 60–70 kilometers at least twice a week
One phrase he used was “in the moment”, which means to experience a wonderful feeling at a specified point in time

Example: When I’m riding on a beautiful country road all by myself, it feels like I’m living in the moment
