Где-то именно в это время я с подачи друзей, впервые услышал System Of A Down - одновременно сотрясся духом и бурно обрадовался.
Даже не просто обрадовался - пришел в восторг.
Наконец-то кто-то записал музыку, которая соответствовала моему представлению о том, какой должна быть сегодняшняя музыка.
Сочетание нереального молодецкого напора, здорового сюрреализма и - если прися - глубокого внутреннего трагизма с постоянно изобретательной и ни на что не похожей музыкой подействовало на меня неотразимо.
Ну, что за молодцы! - подумал я и влюбился. Да и как тут было не влюбиться?
